The New England
Rose Society
Since 1940, the New England Rose Society has been dedicated to helping gardeners cultivate beautiful roses.
Whether you're planting your first rose or tending to an established garden, our monthly meetings, newsletters, and online resources offer a wealth of knowledge and support. Our community of passionate rosarians provides expert guidance on selecting and caring for roses suited to each unique garden. Beyond cultivation, members also explore the art of rose arranging and exhibition, sharing their experiences and love for roses in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Rosarians affiliated with the New England Rose Society can provide personalized guidance for the selection and cultivation of roses for your unique garden situation.

We are a community of people from all walks of life united by our love and passion for America’s favorite flower — the Rose.
The New England Rose Society seeks to educate its members and the public in all aspects of rose culture. Whether you are about to plant your very first rose or already have several roses in your garden, you’ll find a wealth of information in our monthly meetings, newsletter, and on-line resources.
You’ll also have the opportunity to exhibit roses in our NERS June Rose Show and enjoy sharing your growing experience with other members. In addition to outstanding guest speakers at each meeting, we offer special seminars for in-depth exploration of rose topics, such as soil chemistry, budding and hybridizing, and pest and disease control.
